Independent Creative Practice — led by Harry Jones
Make the brand match your ambition.
For businesses becoming something bigger — across Brand / Digital / Experience.
The gap
Your business has moved forward. Has your brand?
Businesses evolve. The offer gets better. The team grows. The customers change. The ambition gets bigger.
But somewhere along the way, the brand can get left behind. Your identity no longer reflects the business. Your website undersells the offer. Your campaigns feel disconnected. Your physical and digital experiences start telling slightly different stories.
That's the gap HJRJ helps close.
The value you deliver and the value people perceive should not be two different things.
Printers have a word for it. When every plate lands exactly where it should, the image is in register— sharp, true, itself. When one drifts, everything's still there, but nothing quite reads.
HJRJ brings the brand back into register with the business you've become — and the one you're building next.
HJRJ helps ambitious businesses close the gap between the value they deliver and the value people perceive — bringing Brand, Digital and Experience under one creative direction.
Brands that hold together everywhere — identity, digital, and the rooms where business actually happens.
One brand. Every touchpoint.
Brand / Digital / Experience.
Your customers don't separate your identity from your website, your campaign from your environment, or your content from the experience you deliver. Neither do we. HJRJ connects these disciplines under one creative direction.

A different kind of creative partner
One creative partner. Across the whole brand.
I'm Harry, the creative partner behind HJRJ.
I work directly with ambitious businesses and the people building them — connecting strategy, identity, digital and physical experience rather than treating each as a separate project.
When specialist skills are required, trusted collaborators are brought around the project while maintaining one creative direction.
One relationship. One direction. A more connected brand.
For businesses becoming something bigger.
Scaling
Your brand is appearing in more places and needs stronger creative consistency.

Not sure what to buy yet?
Most projects start with Brand Direction.
A short, fixed-fee piece of work: a half-day working session — on site, not over slides — followed by a written direction covering positioning, brand architecture, priorities, and a costed roadmap for what to build.
It answers the expensive question first: what should we actually do? And if we go on to build together, the fee is credited in full against the engagement.
Ask about Brand Direction →How good is your business? Does your brand show it?
If there's a gap, let's close it.
We reply within one working day.
