Context

A global healthcare brand relaunching its identity to thousands of dental practitioners.

ClearCorrect is a leading clear aligner brand within the Straumann Group — one of the world's largest dental companies. The UK rebrand launch was staged at Millennium Point in Birmingham, bringing together dental practitioners, clinical educators and key stakeholders for a major brand activation event.

We were brought in to design and deliver the complete creative experience — from the moment attendees arrived to the moment they left. Every touchpoint, every surface, every screen was designed as part of a single, coherent brand relaunch.

The scope

End-to-end: digital to physical, registration to stage.

The brief covered every dimension of the event experience — pre-event digital engagement, the physical environment on the day, the centrepiece stage presentation, and the delegate experience from arrival through to close.

  • Digital stage set design — the visual centrepiece, communicating the new identity to the full audience
  • Exhibition stands and scroll banners — environmental brand presence across the venue
  • Branding materials — lanyards, translucent delegate badges and event collateral
  • Marketing event portal — custom digital registration and engagement platform
  • Full event production coordination — executing the creative vision with venue and technical teams

Why this matters

When a global brand unveils a new identity, the moment it lands with the people who need to believe in it — practitioners, partners, internal advocates — happens in a room. Not on a website. The ClearCorrect project is evidence of what it takes to make that moment work: the creative ability to design every physical and digital touchpoint that shapes how a rebranded identity is first experienced.

Most studios can design a logo. Very few can design the event that launches it — and fewer still can own the stage design, the environmental graphics, the delegate journey and the digital registration system as a single, coherent creative project. That's what happened at Millennium Point.

Outcome

The ClearCorrect rebrand launch event was delivered in full — a large-scale, multi-touchpoint brand experience that introduced the new identity to dental practitioners across the UK in a single, memorable activation.

The custom event portal streamlined registration and post-event engagement. The environmental design and stage set created the immersive backdrop the brand needed. The delegate experience reinforced the rebrand at every point of contact — from the badge around their neck to the screen at the front of the room.
