Experience

It happens in rooms.

Exhibitions, stage sets, launches and physical brand touchpoints — the discipline most studios stop short of, and the one where brands are actually judged.

Brand launches don't happen on screens. They happen in rooms — at the opening, on the stand, in the conference hall where your customers, your investors and your own team decide what kind of company this is. Most studios stop at the screen. We design the room.

Working across brand, digital and environment under one direction is the point: the delegate badge, the stage set, the portal people booked through and the identity on the wall all tell the same story, because the same hand drew them.

The receipts are real rooms: two years as Cox Automotive's embedded creative partner across UK events and exhibitions, and ClearCorrect's rebrand delivered end-to-end at Millennium Point — from digital stage set to the badge on every delegate's lanyard.

Straight answers

What counts as a brand environment?

Anywhere the brand is physically experienced: exhibition stands, stage sets, launch events, signage and wayfinding, retail and venue interiors, the conference your whole industry attends. If people walk through it, stand in it or photograph themselves in front of it, it's this discipline.

Do you handle production?

We carry the creative from concept through to delivery, working with trusted build and production partners and staying responsible for how it looks until the doors open. You get one point of creative accountability, not a chain of suppliers pointing at each other.

Is this for one-off events or ongoing programmes?

Both. ClearCorrect was a single launch delivered end-to-end; Cox Automotive was a two-year embedded partnership across a full events calendar. One-offs prove the standard — programmes are where it compounds.

Do you work beyond Oxfordshire?

Yes — wherever the room is. The practice is based in Oxfordshire and the work has been national: ClearCorrect launched at Birmingham's Millennium Point, and the Cox Automotive calendar ran across the UK.

If there's a room with your name on it next year — an opening, a stand, a stage — we should talk before it's designed by whoever's cheapest.
